Yankee Flats tomato basil chicken sausages are handcrafted in Salmon Arm, BC, using locally raised, pasture-raised chicken sourced from family farms throughout the Okanagan and Shuswap. Raised without hormones or antibiotics and fed a non-GMO, corn and soy-free diet, these sausages are made with simple ingredients that let quality shine through.

This product contains 5 sausages per pack and is gluten-free, with no unnecessary fillers. Produced in-house at our provincially inspected facility, these sausages offer an easy and flavourful addition to everyday meals.

Tomato basil chicken sausages are prized for their fresh, light flavour profile inspired by classic Italian ingredients. Combining the brightness of tomato with aromatic basil, they're perfect sliced into pasta dishes, served with roasted vegetables, or enjoyed straight from the grill for a simple, satisfying meal.

Ingredients:
Chicken, tomatoes, basil, water, salt, garlic, onion, spices, beef collagen casing.

Cooking Instructions  
Grill, pan-fry, or bake until fully cooked and heated through. Internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
