Yankee Flats herb & garlic chicken sausages are handcrafted in Salmon Arm, BC, using locally raised, pasture-raised chicken sourced from family farms throughout the Okanagan and Shuswap. Raised without hormones or antibiotics and fed a non-GMO, corn and soy-free diet, these sausages are built on simple ingredients and exceptional local quality.

This product contains 5 sausages per pack and is gluten-free, with no unnecessary fillers. Produced in-house at our provincially inspected facility, these sausages offer a convenient, high-quality protein option for everyday meals.

Herb & garlic chicken sausages are prized for their mild, savoury flavour and versatility. Balanced with a blend of herbs and garlic, they’re family-friendly and perfect for grilling, slicing into pasta dishes, adding to sheet-pan dinners, or serving alongside roasted vegetables.

Ingredients:
Chicken, water, salt, parsley, garlic, onion, basil, rosemary, thyme, beef collagen casing.

Cooking Instructions  
Grill, pan-fry, or bake until fully cooked and heated through. Internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
