This product is portioned into approximately 8–9 thinly sliced ribs per pack, averaging roughly 750 g, and prepared for convenience. Ready to cook from thawed, they’re ideal for grilling or cooking in a hot cast-iron pan.

Maui seasoned short ribs are prized for their tender, juicy texture and rich, caramelized flavour. The thin cut allows for quick cooking while locking in the marinade, creating a perfectly balanced sweet and savoury bite that’s both bold and satisfying.

Cooking Instructions:
Preheat grill to medium-high. Let thawed ribs sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes. Grill for 3–4 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 140°F. Let rest briefly before serving.
