Fisherman’s Market Hokkaido scallops are sustainably harvested from Hokkaido, Japan and are 100% chemical-free, offering premium quality with excellent consistency and flavour. Known worldwide for their superior grade, these scallops deliver a clean, natural seafood experience.

This product is sized at 10–20 scallops per pound, IQF (individually quick frozen), and vacuum sealed for freshness and convenience. Once opened, scallops can be easily separated, so you can use exactly what you need. Their versatile size makes them ideal for both pan-searing and incorporating into a variety of dishes.

Hokkaido scallops are prized for their naturally sweet flavour and tender, buttery texture. Slightly smaller than the colossal size, they offer more flexibility in the kitchen while still delivering a rich, high-end eating experience perfect for searing, pastas, risotto, or seafood dishes.
