Jerry's Faves - Scale Up

A savoury garlic and dill blend with a hint of lemon zest. Jerry loved to fish and occasionally managed to bring something home, and when he did the flavours would make the dish. Too much dill and lemon overpower the natural flavour of excellent quality fresh fish, it needs to be subtle and complimentary. Fisherman’s Market Recommendation: This blend of herbs and spices is excellent on nearly every type of fish. For salmon, it pairs extremely well with the more subtle flavours of spring or coho. For whitefish, the mildness of halibut and lingcod go perfectly with Scale Up. Want a real treat? Grab some of our boat direct pickerel and rub it down with some olive oil and Scale Up and pan sear for 3 min a side. Melt in your mouth deliciousness every time!
