This product is portioned into 2 oz crab cakes, fully prepared and frozen for freshness and convenience. Ready to cook, they offer an easy option for appetisers, sandwiches, or full meals. Cooking Instructions: Pan-sear (recommended) in a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and heated through. Oven: Bake at 375°F for 12–15 minutes on a parchment-lined tray, flipping halfway through. Air fryer: Cook at 375°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping once, until crispy and golden.
