This product is sized at 6-8 scallops per pound, IQF (individually quick frozen), and vacuum sealed for freshness and convenience. Once opened, scallops can be easily separated, so you can use exactly what you need. These large, plump scallops are ideal for pan-searing, delivering a beautiful golden crust with minimal effort.
