These premium scallops are sustainably harvested, MSC-certified, and handled with a strong focus on preserving the natural quality of the catch from the moment it comes aboard.

This product is sized at 10–20 scallops per pound and packed in convenient 1 lb portions. Clearwater’s scallops are shucked at sea and individually quick frozen within approximately one hour of harvest, locking in their natural moisture, flavour and tender texture. They are true dry scallops, with no added water, chemicals or preservatives, which allows them to caramelize beautifully in the pan with minimal shrinkage.
