Tanner Crab - 10 lb. Crew Pack
Fisherman’s Market tanner crab is wild and sustainably caught in Juneau Alaska. Our cases consist of full, individual legs and claws and this product is not frozen in any brine solution. There are roughly 4-5 legs per pound.
Recommended cooking method: Boil for 5 minutes from frozen, perfect every time.

Our tanner crab legs cook best from frozen keeping all the natural salts and flavour in the meat. It takes about 5-7 minutes to cook them whether you’re boiling, steaming or BBQ’ing.
Refine flavours during a crab boil by adding dry white wine or a can of beer and seasonings (garlic, tarragon, salt and pepper) to the boiling pot.
Tanner crab has that fresh from the sea, briny flavour crab are known for. The shells cook to a bright red colour, are crackable by hand, and make for a delicious and fun dinner.
