Crab Cakes - 2pk

Our current Crab Cakes are brought in from a seafood production facility on the west coast of British Columbia. These cakes are not Gluten Free like the ones we make in-house but they pan sear beautifully with a great flavor and consistency.

Each crab cake is 2.5oz and they are sold as a 2pk.


From Thawed: Sear crab cakes at medium-high heat with some oil and butter for 3-4 minutes a side

Ingredients: Crab meat, Imitation crab [fish protein (pollock, and/or cod, and/or pacific whiting), water, wheat starch, sugar, egg whites, modified food starch, contains 2%  or less of the following: natural and artificial crab flavors, mirin wine (sake, sugar, salt, water ,yeast extract), sodium tripolyphosphate, tetrasodium pyrophosphate, salt, soybean oil, sorbitol, maltodextrin, hydrolyzed soy protein, wheat flour, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, carmine, caramel, soy lecithin, canthaxanthin, colour)], Cooked cod and/or lingcod pieces, Canola mayonnaise [(expeller pressed canola oil, pasteurized whole eggs, filtered water, honey, distilled white vinegar, sea salt, mustard (distilled vinegar water, mustard seed, salt), lemon juice concentrate], Panko bread crumbs (wheat flour, sugar, yeast, soybean oil, salt), Red peppers, Green onion, Cilantro, Lemon juice, Whole egg powder, Mustard powder, Old bay seasoning [salt, spices (mustard, red pepper, silicon dioxide)], Lemon zest (lemon peel, water, citric acid), Tabasco sauce (distilled vinegar, red pepper, salt).
