Our recommended cooking method is to boil them for 5 minutes from frozen, perfect every time!

Fisherman’s Market Dungeness crab is locally caught off the pacific west coast. Each section is pre-cooked and individually frozen.
Our Dungeness crab meat is rich and savoury. Our recommended cooking method is to boil them for 4-5 minutes from frozen.
Fisherman’s Market crab meat is wild-caught in Chile. Crab has a delicate flavour uncommonly associated with seafood. Crab has the rare combination of high protein and low fat which is perfect for building muscle while maintaining heart health. This crab meat is ideal for crab cakes, sushi rolls, crab dips, and salads!

Our current Crab Cakes are brought in from a seafood production facility on the west coast of British Columbia. These cakes are not Gluten Free like the ones we make in-house but they pan sear beautifully with a great flavor and consistency.
