Keto crab dip

  • 1lb Chilean crab meat from Fisherman’s Market 
  • 8oz cream cheese, softened 
  • ¼ cup mayo 
  • ¼ cup sour cream 
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp old bay seasoning  
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder 
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt 
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese + ¼ cup to sprinkle on top 
  • Chopped parsley to garnish 


  1. Preheat oven to 350° degrees
  2. Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a large bowl except for crab meat. 
  3. Gently fold in crab meat, careful not to break up the big chunks 
  4. Pour mixture into a casserole dish or cast iron pan
  5. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and sprinkle on more Old Bay seasoning 
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly 
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley
