Baked steelhead fillets with dill, dijon and honey

  • 4 x 6oz Lois Lake steelhead portions
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and coarsely cracked pepper to taste


  1. Prehead oven to 385 degrees F.
  2. Line a shallow baking dish with parchment paper, set in the fish in a single layer.
  3. Combine the mustard, dill, honey and lemon juice in a bowl, spread over the fish and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 13-15min, or until cooked through.
